Developing the right strategy

Many agencies like to talk about strategy, and how they can implement it with clients.  And most do a pretty good job of it too, as McCallum used to.  But after a while, we began to realise that there were different strategies which were equally suitable to any particular client and their issues.  So, in other words, what strategy do you use to define the strategy you implement?

This is where Blue Ocean Strategy came in.  As we grew to understand BOS, so we grew to realise that it provided these answers by challenging the preconceived ideas that many of us go into such discussions with.  And challenged those ideas of our clients through it’s thought provoking processes and systems.
