McCallum can offer extensive, on-site warehousing services. We are able to hold stock on our premises and arrange despatch as required. Competitive costs are available for various transportation methods. We have staff permanently on hand who are able to respond quickly to any urgent matters and ensure that tight deadlines are met and this is aservice we currently provide for a number of our clients.

Packing and despatching

A unique service is offered to clients in that McCallum can pack and arrange despatch of your campaign from our premises. This gives us total control over the project and ensures we are a one stop shop.

All deliveries are checked against production orders placed to ensure that we receive what is required, so should there be any discrepancies we can take immediate action. Packing staff are fully briefed on all projects, with dummy runs if required, and are aware of time allocated for the task and any packaging material required so arrangements can be made in advance. We can pack to either individual specific requirements or in bulk lots. All work carried out is accountable with sign off at each stage.

We have an 1800 customer service number to allow a quick response to any track and trace enquiry. In the unlikely event of a package going missing McCallum are able to respond and organise a replacement as a priority.
