The Agency

Our process

Listen

Before we put pen to paper, or mouse to pixel we listen. It’s hard to score without a goal and without a clear direction it’s impossible to produce good creative. To that end one might say that step one is the most important. That’s right, a conversation is the most important part of our process. Ideas have the capacity to be the most powerful thing in this world. We believe powerful ideas are born from understanding. We learn, listen and understand through real research; visiting the place where the dealing is done or the product is used – to stores, workshops, agencies, farms etc.

Think

If this is starting to sound like a psychological evaluation of your business than you’re not far off. How do we best implement our creative team to develop a solution to your obstacles? Only after we have listened and understood, performed relevant research and considered the most effective way to achieve your goals can we move forward. We are full of good ideas but usually we only need one to take you where you are going. It is through this process that we define which idea is the most effective, efficient and relevant to your business.

Develop

Understanding, strategy and considered thinking produce the strongest ideas and concepts. During this stage we formalize our idea(s) into something tangible that will have an impact in the real world. This is where we shine. Depending on your goals and requirements this crystallization of ideas could be anything from a print campaign, television commercial, online channel, social media campaign or an integration of digital and offline media.

Execute

It’s all in the delivery or so they say. The execution stage is where we deploy the finished solution and ensure it meets your expectations. Quality assurance and making sure our solution is free from errors and performs just as it was designed to is an integral step in achieving a desirable outcome.

Measure

What use is a solution if you can’t measure its effectiveness? Where possible we ensure our solutions are measureable and quantifiable. Not only does this help evaluate the success of our solution but it gives us, and you, a strategic indication of what works, what doesn’t work, what could be improved and what our next steps are.

Evaluate

Once our solution has been on the market for enough time to gain traction we review the entire creative process. We learn from our mistakes just as we learn from our success. Our industry is evolving at such a rapid pace making the evaluation stage paramount in ensuring sharp, relevant responses to challenging briefs.
